SC UNIVERSAL SA , is a private company, based in Zalau, Iuliu Maniu Square, no. 25, Salaj County.

Ever since 1997 our company has been producing in lohn system, underwear for women, men and children, for big European brands.

SC UNIVERSAL SA implemented and maintains a quality management system in the field of producing underwear for women and men, certified by Germanischer Lloyd Certification through Germanischer Lloyd Certification GmbH, with a ISO 9001: 2000 certificate.

SC UNIVERSAL SA - 1st place in Romania Both in 2003, and in 2004, SC UNIVERSAL SA was on the 1st place, nationally, in the field of "producing socks and stockings" according to the classification in the National Private Companies Chart, chart created based on the reported profit.

In 2006, UNIVERSAL was included in the BEST RATING CHART - comprising of the safest 5000 companies in Romania, from the financial risk point of view. The chart was created based on financial performance indicators used by Coface in appointing company ratings, presenting the most solid companies, grouped according to activity fields.

At the end of year 2005, Universal SA launched on the Romanian market articles reunited under 3 brands, exclusively addressing children and teenagers: UNI KID, KID LINE and UNI'S.

UNIKID brand addresses:

• Newborn babies and children aged between 1 month and 36 months - the offer consisting of body, suits, overalls, T-shirts, little hats, with a wide variety of colors and model;
• Little girls aged between 2 years and 8 years old - the collection consists of tanktops, T-shirts and panties (normal, thongs, boxer shorts), pyjamas and sports suits in different colors and shapes ;
• Little boys aged between 2 years and 8 years old - boxer shorts, tanktops, pyjamas and sports suits in different colors and shapes.

All these producst are premium, the materials used for making them being of the best quality, their design being particularly attractive and adequate for the age addressed.

KID LINE is a collection targeting the chains of presentation shops in Romania. For teenagers aged between 10 and 16, we launched the brand UNI'S, the collection consisting of panties/boxer shorts, tanktops and pyjamas.
